Humphrey Mayanja laid to rest Yesterday in the highest accorded respect by his family and friends. The late elder Mayanja brother, Humphrey Mayanja, passed away on 30th March after battling cancer for several months and was laid yesterday the 3rd of March, 2023 at his home village in Mityana, Uganda.
Humphrey, who is a sibling to Jose Chameleone, Weasel Manizo, and Pallaso, returned to Uganda from USA last year and had been under the care of his family until his passing.
Humphrey Mayanja laid to rest today in the highest accorded respect by his family and friends. According to the funeral program, a vigil was held at his residence where loved ones shared their final memories of him.
Earlier today, a church service took place at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Lweza where prayers were offered for him.

During the service, various musicians or artists, the likes of Juliana Kanyomozi, Ronald Mayinja, Vampino, Coco Finger, among others, attended to give last respects to the deceased as he has been seen as one of the biggest mentors and contributors of music production in Uganda.
Following the mass, a vigil was held at the deceased home in Kigo, and the burial took place for yesterday 3rd March, 2024. Wednesday at Kalangaalo Ssingo, Mityana District at 2 PM.
